LMI is seeking a Quality Control Manager (QCM) to develop, implement, and manage quality control programs and quality surveillance systems for all PM ATIS support contract in support of a worldwide distributed learning system to ensure our nation's Soldiers receive critical training anytime and anywhere to ensure mission success. Responsibilities Develop Quality Assurance Surveillance Plans (QASP) for all PdM ATIS service contracts. Develop quality surveillance inspection monthly schedules to implement established QASPs. Submit QASP schedules to the COR for approval prior to the first day of each month. Complete all QASP inspections IAW the approved inspection schedule and submit the completed inspections to the COR for evaluation and rating. Request inspection by other Government agencies including on-site DL POCs for DTF manager services when necessary. Monitor the completion of the inspection and receive and document results of the inspection. Develop and maintain an electronic and hard copy file of all QASP inspections. Develop and submit monthly summary for each contract including the results of all inspections to the COR for use in developing the overall quality assessment of the services received no later than the third day of following month. 1% Qualifications Required:
The QCM shall have a minimum of 5 years of experience in developing, implementing, and managing quality control programs and quality surveillance systems. Previous experience with managing quality programs within an IT infrastructure is desirable. Clearance:

$80K -- $100K
