Seeking a System Engineer / Architect to analyze, develop, and manage engineering requirements for the ATIS architecture for PM ATIS, whose mission is to develop and field a worldwide distributed learning system to ensure our nation's Soldiers receive critical training anytime and anywhere to ensure mission success. Work location is at the client site in Newport News, VA. Responsibilities Support ATIS Development Engineering matters. Review ATIS Technical Documents. Review Developer CDRLs and System Interface Agreement. Analyze, develop, and manage engineering requirements for the ATIS architecture. Participate in integrated process teams (IPTs), Fox Configuration Teams, and manage system requirements. Review and compose engineering documents, track schedules, track Jira transactions, ITFR review and updates. Percentage of Travel Required:
5% Qualifications Required:
Strong engineering background with knowledge of Agile. Knowledge of Army Training. DoD Acquisition Management background with major software development programs. Experience with requirements analysis including hardware systems identification and testing; software analysis, selection, and testing; technology and market research; and systems and network integration and administration. Ten (10) years of engineering experience. Four (4) years of experience, of the ten (10) years, with major automated information systems and development of external system interfaces. Education:
M.S. Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or other Related discipline Clearance:
Must have a fully adjudicated Secret.
Salary Range:
$200K -- $250K
Minimum Qualification
Systems Architecture & EngineeringEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
