Support Staff I Cultural Fit, Objectives, Roles & Responsibilities REPORTING RELATIONSHIP Reports directly to the appropriate MATC supervisor with general oversight from Program Support Staff II DNA ALIGNMENT Mid-Atlantic Teen Challenge (MATC) is a Christian discipleship program that exists to help adolescent boys find solutions to life-controlling addictions through Christ-centered solutions.

CORE OBJECTIVES Execute the mission of MATC in support of the vision and goals of the Board of Directors and the CEO.
Work closely with MATC Affiliates to communicate the ministry vision, values, and strategy of MATC.
Cultivate a healthy culture in the field.
Keep the Teen Challenge DNA and spiritual focus alive while also attentively supporting the implementation of MATC's five strategic initiatives:
Sustainability Curriculum Leadership development Scholarships Prevention Program Support Staff of MATC will maintain Teen Challenge accreditation through training and continuing education provided by Bridge online.
The staff will engage in an ongoing basis with the following foundational basics of business:
administrative, interpersonal, personal financial management, leadership skills & development.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND EXPECTATIONS Provide support to the mission of MATC by:
Direct care and coverage of student body during scheduled shifts.
Ensure execution of the daily student schedule as assigned by the Program Director.
Ensure proper execution of and adherence to the student's chore schedule.
Participate in individual discipleship and development with assigned MATC leadership.
Ensure the safety and security of the students and facility at all times.
Ensure a ratio of 1:
10 staff to student ratio on campus and a 1:
6 staff to student ratio off campus at all times.
Be able to work overnight, weekend, and holiday shifts, as well as overtime as needed for emergency coverage.
Other duties as assigned.

The supervision of students is solely the responsibility of part time and full time Program Support Staff.
Staff shall ensure at all times that students are kept within sight and sound of staff.
QUALIFICATIONS High School diploma or equivalent.
Proven consistency in sobriety, responsibility, and accountability.
Demonstrated pursuit of excellence in, self-leadership, attention to detail, focus, and dedication.
Coachable.
Active member of a local Christian church body or MATC's home church (if working).

Pay Rate:
$11/hour Benefits offered:
40 hours of PTO after 90 days 80 hours of PTO after 1 year 110 hours of PTO after 5 years On campus living accommodations available upon request at no cost.
