Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Performs routine maintained on building interior and exterior Inspect, maintain repair and replace building mechanical and electrical systems A/C Experience preferred Painting is a MUST Plumbing experience Ability to do ceramic tile work Carpentry Skills Electrical knowledge Detailed oriented Respond to emergency maintenance request as required Good time management Must be able to work independently with little supervision Valid Driver's License with own transportation and hand tools.

2 years of experience working in Apartment Complex or in Maintenance HS Diploma or Equivalent Job Type:
