Muhlbauer, Inc is seeking a Travel Coordinator to facilitate the process for booking company travel and coordinating reimbursements.
Job Duties and
Responsibilities:
Book flight, hotel, and car reservations per instructions on Travel RequestsCoordinate/synchronize multiple bookings to the same destinationRecord all transactions in shared spreadsheet (Excel)Update scheduling sheet (REMA tool) when travel is completeNotify passengers via email of all customer and travel data and attach reservationsMake changes/modifications to existing reservations as requiredProvide CCAs (credit card authorizations) to hotels when requiredCoordinate with parent and sister companies for international trips (Europe, Asia)Print, review, and validate travel expense reimbursement claim submissions on a weekly basisProcess and input travel expense reimbursement claim submissions into SAP system weeklyProperly submit travel expense reimbursement claim submissions to appropriate supervisory persons for review and approvalSubmit travel reimbursement claim submissions to Finance Department upon approval for weekly paymentProvide summary reports to claimantsMaintain filing system and properly store all processed travel expense reimbursement claim submissionsEducation and
Qualifications:
High school diploma or an equivalentExperience in an administrative role, preferably within travel coordinationExcellent organization skills, attention to detail, and communication skillsProficient in basic computer skills (multi-tab web browsing, server, and local files storage), MS Office suite (Excel, Word), and travel software (Sabre preferred)Able to perform under pressure to accomplish tasks under time constraintsPI226166323 Recommended Skills Administration Attention To Detail Communication Coordinating Finance Microsoft Excel Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
