Salon Receptionist
Responsibilities:
Warmly greet clients and provide exceptional customer service Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage salon bookings Utilize social media platforms to promote salon services and engage with our online community Maintain a clean and welcoming salon environment Assist stylists and technicians with various tasks as needed Requirements:
Technologically savvy with basic computer skills Familiarity with social media platforms for business purposes Strong communication and interpersonal skills Enthusiastic, friendly, and customer-oriented approach Willingness to learn and grow in the beauty industry
Experience:
No experience required, we welcome fresh talent! Virginia State Licensure is not required for this position.
Preferred, but not required:
Experience in customer service or retail environments Basic knowledge of salon procedures and services Interest in beauty trends
