Skookum is seeking an intelligent and groundbreaking Lead Supply Technician with a professional attitude.
The Supply Technician performs limited aspects of technical supply management work (e.
g.
, inventory management, storage management, cataloging and property utilization) related to depot, local or other supply activities.
The work is usually segregated by commodity area or function and controlled in terms of difficulty, complexity, or responsibility.
Assignments usually relate to stable or standardized segments of technical supply management operations; or to functions or subjects that are narrow in scope or limited in difficulty.
Typical duties include but are not limited to:
Provide Property Book support services to:
organizations assigned to Futures and Concept Center.
Responsible for all aspects of property accountability of equipment stored, issued, turned-in and lateral transferred to and from the FCC.
Operate the WASP Barcode Technology system for property accountability.
Coordinate request for access to Global Combat Support System-Army (GCSS-A).
Review and validate 4610-R TDA adjustments.
Maintain an ORG Admin and S4 roles with eFLIPL.
Responsible for updating and monitoring user roles and permissions.
Track, update, and monitor FLIPLs until closed.
Process DA Forms 3161 and 2765 for all issues and turn ins from supported customers.
Process lateral transfers.
Maintain formal property accountability IAW AR 710-1 and AR 735-5.
Maintain hand receipt files, temporary loans, issues and turn ins.
Review all WASP transactions for accuracy.
Process DA Form 2765 for turn ins to SSA.
Assist PHRH and the Responsible Officer with Financial Liability Investigations of Property (FLIPLs).
Assist with the development of Standard Operating Procedures and policies.
Maintain Delegation of Authority documents, supporting files and customer want lists.
Submit AAR's and FLIPLs as needed.
Comply with Command Supply Discipline Program (CDSP) IAW AR 735-5, AR 71-2 and DA PAM 710-2-2 Comply with Command Maintenance Discipline Program IAW AR 750-1 and DA PAM 750.
Qualifications:
Must possess a good understanding of military Supply Regulations.
Knowledge of Asset Management operations.
Excellent customer service skills.
Must be able to work effectively as a team.
Physical Requirements:
Employees must have the ability to perform the following physical demands for extended periods of time with or without assistance.

Must be able to lift and/or move up to 70 pounds.
May be required to reach, kneel, walk, stand, and use repetitive motion for several hours at a time based on position duties.

Standing or sitting for several hours at a time, climbing in and out of a vehicle, and up and down stairs may also be required.
Must have the perseverance to work effectively under pressure for extended periods of time.
Examples of Requirements:
A valid state driver's license is required with the ability to obtain and maintain coverage by Skookum's insurance.
Must be able to obtain and maintain applicable security clearances and installation access.
A background check and E-Verify will be conducted for this position.
Must be able to obtain and maintain Secret Clearance/Access including a common access card (CAC).
