We are seeking a dispatcher for our Newport News office.
The main responsibility of this position is receiving emergency and non-emergency calls and dispatching the appropriate team member(s).
They will be handling multiple calls at once using cell phone and computer technology.
Other job duties include supporting the service managers and other office staff with the processing of daily paperwork, sending invoices to customers and processing customer payments.
Skills required - Effective communication, highly organized, can remain calm during stressful situations, and have superior multi-tasking skills.
Candidates must be able to coordinate schedules, be able to prioritize job duties and work independently.
Excellent customer service skills required.
Microsoft and QuickBooks knowledge a plus Job Type:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
