The ideal candidate must have at least 2 years experience in the Apartment Management industry, with at least 1 year of LIHTC experience.
Must also have the drive to achieve superior leasing & rent collections performance.
Job Requirements:
2 years experience in the Apartment Management industry Successful experiences in rent collections Effective Marketing Experience, with a working knowledge of social media outlets Working knowledge of local laws & court procedures Self-motivated, with a positive attitude Excellent communication & relationship-building abilities Proficient in Microsoft Office products Appfolio experience is a plus We offer a competitive salary with leasing bonuses and outstanding benefits including paid time off, medical, dental, vision, 401k, & a potential housing discount.
