Kitchen experience not required.
Candidates will be expected to lead a team of 6-12 people in a fast-paced kitchen with a focus on food safety and quality.
Shifts are generally 5:
00am to 2:
30pm and 2:
30pm to 11:
00pm, with most leaders working a mix of both.

Responsibilities:
Communicate with and support other leaders on shift Ensure systems and processes are followed throughout the restaurant Assign Team Member to positions and run breaks Coach and encourage Team Members Perform disciplinary procedures when CFA standards are not met Attend weekly leader meetings to provide feedback and collaborate to identify and solve problems Skills:

Qualifications:
Experience leading teams of 5 or more people in a fast-paced environment Years of
Experience:
