Position
Summary:
The Contact Operations Coordinator is a key linchpin between the Program Manager and Contracts and to ensure program execution complies with contractual requirements. This position will develop and report on the execution of Rough Orders of Magnitude (ROM), coordinate the budgeting and execution of a very complex travel requirement and ensure budget and actuals are up-to-date on a SharePoint and asist in the development of the travel component of the program''s monthly invoice, recommend changes to sub-contractor workshare and purchase orders, coordinate the change of workshares and POs and ensure all contractually required data and reports are current on the program''s SharePoint site. In addition, the incumbent will recommend new capabilities for the program''s SharePoint site and coordinate their design and development with users and the SharePoint developer(s). Incumbent will also participate in monthly Program Review Meetings with the Government customer and ensure the PM and supporting staff have all the materials and information required for a successful meeting. Track and manage all PWS required deliverables and alert the PM if a scheduled deliverable milestone may be missed. Manage the contractually required Quality Assurance program and coordinate reporting and any remedial action required. Coordinate contractually mandated satisfaction surveys.
Principle Duties and
Responsibilities:
Ensure the program is compliant with contractual requirements
Coordinate the budgeting and execution of ROMs and ensure the ROM SharePoint site is current. Coordinate with subs to get ROM data as required
Coordinate budgeting and execution of ttravel and ensure the Travel SharePoint site is current. Coordinate with subs to ensure they load all required data
Manage contract ODCs and ensure all data is stored on SharePoint, the ODCs are properly budgeted and coordinate with subs to ensure they have loaded all contractually required data onto SharePoint
Coordinate with Contracts to ensure all sub workshare and POs are current and data is properly stored and tracked.
Coordinate with subs as required to ensure they comply with all contractual requirements such as NDAs and clearances
Ensure subs keep their data current on SharePoint
Track and manage all contractual PWS deliverables and alert the PM to potential problems
Manage the program''s QA compliance
Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Competencies:
In depth knowledge of contracting and how that impacts contract execution and performance. Must have 10 or more years contracting experience and the ability translate operational requirements into contratual terms and develop and manage the execution of Rough Orders of Magnitude an extremely complex travel requirement. Must be able to read and understand contractual language and manage contract compliance at both the prime and sub-contractor levels. Due to the nature of the government contract requirements and/or clearance requirements, US citizenship is required.
Desired Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Competencies:
Knowledge of ITAR and SharePoint. Familiarity with QA.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
