The ideal candidate will resolve all policyholder requests and concerns in an efficient and upbeat manner and will provide outstanding customer service to our policyholders. This candidate must educate our policyholders on their insurance coverage as well.

Punctuality
Strong written and verbal communication skills
An HS Diploma or GED
Excellent attention to detail
