Key Role:
Provide project management support and oversight of the US Army client and participate in all project reviews, meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and decisions related to the execution. Assist the project manager through all phases, including transition, implementation, and closeout. Help supervise staff, manage budget, schedules, and project operations, and ensure that required resources are available. Serve as a liaison to leadership and assist in delivery planning for the overall project and its activities in accordance with the mission and goals of the Army client division. Interface with leaders and others in a matrixed environment to communicate updates, regarding the status of the project. Track the project life cycle by assisting with the analysis of comprehensive project plans, including long- and short-range goals and milestones. Ensure that project activities operate within the established policies, procedures, and budget and develop forms and records to document program activities.
Basic
Qualifications:
-2 years of experience with project management
-Experience with project management, tracking, reporting, and report writing, risk, cost, and schedule management, process development, and implementation
-Ability to work directly with clients and minimal direct supervision
-Secret clearance
-BA or BS degree
Additional
Qualifications:
-3 years of experience with the US Army
-Experience with TRADOC
-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.
