Digital Workspace Solutions Lead - Oracle UX
Job Description:
Overall Job Objective:
The DW Solutions Lead Oracle UX will work closely with our IT departments to understand Bridge technology changes and the impact those changes will have on our associate's user experience.
This person does so by:
Working as liaison between IT and Operations L&D on changes to technology that will impact associates -with a strong focus on Oracle.
Supporting Bridge Builder Network Oracle SMEs, Training Experts and Next Generation Customer Experience (NGCX) Facilitators.
Assisting associates and supporting Bridge project team via Oracle Yammer community.
Participating in Subject Matter Expert Training to assist with development of L&D training assets.
Focusing on end user experience.
Helping to identify potential gaps in Bridge learning assets.
Partnering with IT to maintain Operations L&D/NGCX training/demonstration Oracle environment.
Assisting DW leadership on identifying new opportunities and providing feedback that drives creation/updates of DW strategic projects.
Location:
Preference to be within driving distance of Newport News but open to considering candidates outside of the Hampton Roads area.
Willingness to be available during normal east coast working hours.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Self-starter with strong facilitation, negotiation, verbal & written communication skills.
Comfortable presenting to large groups and working with senior leadership.
Comfort with high volume workload.
