Project Manager
Job Description:
OverviewAs a Renovation Project Manager, you will be responsible for the successful management of multiple renovation projects in various stages of completion.
You will work directly with the customer as a single point of contact and work closely with the renovation director, field renovation specialists, and management.
You WillBe the single point of contact for renovation customers and projectsDevelop and foster relationships with renovation customers and assist in growing renovation salesManage and develop customer relationships on a local, regional, and national levelInitiate renovation job set up, including forecasting, pricing, tracking, communication, timeline, samples, and any special needsManage job throughout the lifecycle through completion to ensure that any changes to a job are accounted for and communicatedWork with Ferguson's quotation management system to maintain customer job quotes, job correspondence, vendor pricing, and the job statusTrack all pertinent information obtained after the intent to award is disclosed and have responsibility for the job followCollaborate with Strategic Products Group (SPG) to ensure product alignment and consistency with Ferguson Facilities Supply (FFS) product strategyAlignment with inventory efficiency goals and maintenance of job performance against job expectationsYou HaveAt least 3 years of experience with facilities project management or related experienceIntricate knowledge of hospitality and/or multifamily customer verticalsKnowledge of multiple Commercial Maintenance Repair and Operations (CMRO) departmentsSelf-motivated with the ability to delegate work and be responsible for multiple priorities concurrentlyYou are process-oriented and have effective written and spoken communication skillsPerksFerguson is dedicated to providing meaningful benefits programs and products to our associates and their families--geared toward benefits, wellness, financial protection, and retirement savings.
