Job Description:
Overall Job Objective:
The Operations Learning & Development WalkMe Application Editor and Analyst is responsible maximizing user experience by leveraging WalkMe to anticipate user needs.
Responsibilities:
Work as liaison between Ferguson and WalkMe.
Build out-of-box WalkMe reports and analyzing/interpreting gaps in Operations Learning & Development strategy.
Collect and analyze usage data to improve user experience.
Work with Operations L&D team to understand changes to technology that will impact in system training tools - with a strong focus on Oracle.
Build simple WalkMe inserts (i.
e.
SmartTips, ShoutOuts, Resources) for Ferguson technologies with a strong focus on Oracle.
Build action plans to address knowledge and training gaps.
Participate in Subject Matter Expert Training to assist with development of L&D training assets.
Focus on end user experience.
Assist DW leadership on identifying new opportunities and providing feedback that drives creation/updates of DW strategic projects.
Location:
Preference to be within driving distance of Newport News but open to considering candidates outside of the Hampton Roads area.
Willingness to be available during normal east coast working hours.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree preferredWorking knowledge of WalkMe insightsAbility to build simple WalkMe insertsAbility to work with and understand Ferguson's technology solutions (i.
e.
Oracle)Has general understanding of Ferguson's strategy and markets with 5
years FEI experienceSelf-starter with strong facilitation, negotiation, verbal & written communication skills.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
